Borealis Norsoutha is the name of one of Scarlet's OCs. His nationality depends, but he remains a Caucasian Japanese (aka Japanese American). He was known for his feminine face due to androgyny. He is the human counterpart of Borealis Trident Mir Sparkler-Honeymoon.
